RAQUEL JESUS (1976) is a Chi Kung teacher and a nature connection facilitator. She embodies a profound reverence for the natural world, mostly derived from the more than seven years spent in a forest, living in a very simple manner. Raquel is co-founder of Tree Time Chi Kung, a modern approach of ancient Taoist practice that bridges inner and outer nature and nourishes life.

During the workshops Raquel will offer a a rich blend of still standing poses (also known as tree postures), slow movement and philosophical storytelling. The practices cultivate felt-awareness and interconnectedness of body and nature. You will be guided into a more embodied relationship with the Earth and the natural elements of the place.
