Lucie loves to ensemble movement with playfulness and joy which basically makes the essence of Family AcroYoga - a unique combination of yoga, acrobatic flying, massage and games that children and their parents/caretakers practice together.
Besides being a social worker and mom, a learning companion and student of life, she discovered her passion for Thai Yoga Massage few years ago and has been diving deeper and deeper into the gift of giving and receiving mindful touch ever since.
To create space for human connection, lightness and peace through bodywork has become a thriving force in Lucie's life.
