Stella Fornasari is a yoga instructor certified RPYTPLUS 250, specializing in basic and intermediate levels of Hatha, Vinyasa Yoga, and Prenatal Yoga. Our practice will focus on awakening the body and mind in a mindful way. We will begin with a short meditation, followed by sun salutations, and then move into standing and seated asanas. We will conclude our session with a meditation and the chanting of a mantra.
in 2025 we want to focus on a retreat-like schedule with just a few high quality facilitators. we are still in the making process.
