"Hangab" is a method where one is slowly and gradually pulled up into an inverted position, i.e., upside down. Since the body has enough time to adjust to the upside-down position, as initially only the legs are lifted, there is no uncomfortable pressure on the head.
"Relaxation for the back and the spine," many people think, which we can also confirm. However, the experience shows many more effects that can lead the body, mind, and soul into a deep relaxation. This state is also called the Stillpoint, where the body and the energy system are recharged.
Wellness is also an aspect; it is often experienced as floating and flying. Joints and organs are relieved. Self-healing powers are activated, pelvic misalignments are balanced, and the intervertebral discs can regenerate.
Metaphorically turning the world upside down to let go of what is ready to go. Whether it's old patterns, injuries (physical and mental), traumas from accidents and assaults, pent-up emotions...
Shamanic elements in connection with the 'Spirits' are an important part of our work. In many cultures, it is known that the inverted position causes vitalization, opening of consciousness, and centering, and is used, for example, in the Amazon for vision quests."
