Who is Barbara

Barbara ist AYI Expert Ashtanga Yoga teacher and has been training yoga teachers at Lake Constance for over 11 years. „I believe in the healing power of yoga. Nature is my inspiration and source. The connection and merging with all living beings on the mat as a unity of breath and movement, that is the essence of yoga. This happens during silent hikes, as well as on the yoga mat.“

Her diverse mountaineering experiences in the Himalayas and the Alps gift her with philosophical insights. Barbara spent the last winter hiking 500 km through the Himalayas after completing her two year Life Trust Coaching training with Veit Lindau. She has attended numerous international workshops. She runs a yoga school in the tri-border area at Lake Constance, near Konstanz. Barbara writes short stories and loves regional gourmet cuisine.
