We believe that the festival truly comes to life through the collective power of every one of us.
That's why, for the first edition, we invited the ones who are interested in co-creation, to join our team.
For 2025, we have decided to rely more on the experienced and well-established team of the Il Convento Retreat Center, who will handle the cooking and hospitality for our festival retreat. Nevertheless, we still need a small pool of helpers who, in exchange for a discounted ticket, can assist with setup and takedown as well as take on small tasks during the week.
We need help in the following duties
Kitchen
We are seeking helpers for the kitchen crew.
Entrance/Infopoint
We are looking for individuals to join our reception team, responsible for providing a warm welcome to festival visitors. This multifaceted role involves tasks such as ticket checking, offering parking information, sharing general event details, and assisting with visitor orientation.
Infrastructure
We are in search of individuals to join our team responsible for the construction and upkeep of our sanitary facilities as well as managing our recycling stations. In this role, you will be involved in the planning, building, and maintenance of clean and functional restroom areas, contributing to the overall comfort and hygiene of our festival. Additionally, you will play a vital part in our sustainability efforts by overseeing the proper sorting and disposal of recyclable materials, helping us minimize our environmental impact. Your commitment to these tasks will greatly enhance the festival experience for all attendees while promoting eco-conscious practices.
Kids Area
Assistance and guidance in designing engaging activities and games tailored for families and children attending the festival. In this role, you'll collaborate with our team to curate fun and educational experiences that cater to different age groups. Additionally, you will be responsible for organizing and overseeing the implementation of these activities, ensuring that all necessary materials are readily available. Your creative input and dedication to creating memorable moments for families and children will be integral to the festival's success as a family-friendly event.
Decoration
Contribute your artistic nature to transform our festival location into an even more enchanting space. Your responsibilities will include decorating the venue, creating an inviting atmosphere with evening lighting, and preparing stages and altars for various performances and rituals. Furthermore, we place great emphasis on environmental stewardship, and your role will involve actively caring for and preserving the natural surroundings of the festival site.
Technicians, Water & Electricity
Technicians with expertise in water, electricity, audio, and light installation and maintenance. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including setting up and maintaining water or electrical systems, as well as configuring and overseeing audio and lighting installations.
Health Care & Vibe Keeper
Care for the physical well-being and the overall emotional atmosphere of our festival. Your primary responsibility will be to provide essential health care assistance to individuals in need, ensuring their comfort and safety. Additionally, you will play a part in nurturing positive interpersonal relationships among festival-goers, creating a harmonious and uplifting vibe.
